About the room

I am now an empty nester but not ready to downsize. I live in a nice swim and tennis subdivision close to I85. Rent includes all utilities and parking in the garage. The house is two story lake front with a large deck overlooking the lake. The view from the bedroom is also of the lake. Room is nicely furnished and there is room for storage in the basement if needed.

About the roomies

I am a divorced elementary teacher, and I am very busy with school, my children, and friends. When I’m home, I’m cleaning or relaxing. I don’t entertain at home except for the holidays, but I do not mind if my roommate does. I like for things to stay clean.
