Hi, there are 2 available options for a new potential stable roommate to join me in the lease renewal in June. Management would require lease application and approval that includes checks by around 6/15 or earlier.

Option 1 would be private suite with large main bedroom/bathroom with own private hallway to private bathroom and walkin closet, around 12’ by 25’ around $1430.

Option 2 would be second bedroom around 10.5’ by 16’ with hallway private 2nd bathroom. It would be around $1175. Utilities and such additional expenses would also be shared. Security Deposit would be determined by option choice. If you would need to move in a bit earlier in June, that could be explored with departing roommate for possible availability. Building is pet friendly with additional costs you’d have to take on, as I do not have any dogs/cats.

Nice modern updated apartment includes: In Unit Washer/Dryer, large kitchen with microwave, full stove/oven, large counters, dishwasher, sink disposal, large fridge/freezer with water-ice dispenser, many cabinets, amazon packages lockers, large living room, full bathrooms with bathtub/shower and windows, and a separate dining room (or office). Floor plan included in pictures. On street free parking is available and additional paid parking at building’s private secured underground lot, with electric car chargers, might be available. Close to Rapid Lines H and C Seattle transit and multiple bus lines. Around 20 min drive to SLU area and about 15 min by car to Downtown Seattle. Close to Seattle University and Seattle Central, accessible to UW, and very near South Seattle College.

Your roommate and fellow lease holder is 39, multiracial gay non-smoking male working often remotely in startup tech industry. Previous lease roommate is moving closer to their changed work sites in North of Seattle. I am seeking a lgbtq friendly stable roommate. I do not have any cats/dogs but I am open to considering them with roommate. I decided most social media was invasive, intrusive and harmful about 8 years ago, and so only have mastodon, discord, signal and linkedin. Moved to Seattle about a decade ago from Houston and Boston, but grew up in California. I am talkative but quiet, cleaner but not always organized, and very proactive on setting agreements and boundaries with folks: looking forward to discussing experiences living as roommates! Open to serious inquiries from folks that would be able to get approved lease inclusion as a roommate by landlord. I would expect also to meet briefly at least before having folks start the lease application process.
