New build, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 5 minutes from downtown Pensacola/Palafox. Parking spot/driveway behind house, perfect front porch for sitting/taking a nap! Great WiFi, cozy living room, the room already has a dresser and bed/comfy mattress but can be moved if you already have furniture!

About the roomies

I’m 27 and like to be active and usually out of the house when I’m not working. I’m pretty tidy and love watching movies, currently have 2 open rooms so I’m hoping to eventually find some girls I get along well with ideally close in age!

I don’t have any pets but am open to small dogs as long as they’re well trained!
