A single bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom (with me). The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair and dresser. You’re welcome to bring your own bed if that is more comfortable for you. It has laminate flooring, ceiling fan, closet with sliding doors, & one window. Utilities are included in the price of rent, which are electricity, trash, water, gas, and internet.
Bathroom includes a bathtub, removable shower head, toilet, sink, and a medicine cabinet.

The property is in Boyle Heights and is located near the metro E line. It’s also near the 5, 10, 101, 60, 110 and 710 highways

10 minute walk to USPS & local library.
15-minute walk to a nice outdoor park, fountain, outdoor workout setup.
About the roomies
I’m a part of the TV/Film industry as an actor as well as producer and am expanding my skills into production. I’m also a podcaster of Heart On Fire Podcast.
I’m a clean person and generally keep the home tidy, especially the shared spaces. I don’t bring the party home so as to sustain a peaceful environment for all.
I love to eat and am grateful that I don’t have any food allergies. I do enjoy cooking when I make time and I’m wanting to incorporate more hiking to stay active as most of my workouts tend to be from home.
I sometimes go out for karaoke and would welcome you to come join me and my friends.
I’m generally not an early riser, yet I can have days when I do wake up early as in before 8am.
I am open to getting to know you as a friend, yet am respectful if you choose to keep our social interactions at a minimal.
I identify as Christian and am open to sharing my faith if that interests you. I aim to not impose my beliefs, yet I aim to let my faith shine through my lifestyle choices.
