Basement is big enough for your own studio space. There is no closet but I do provide a clothing and shoe rack as well a mini fridge. There is a small storage room to use. You are welcome to use the kitchen but you must have your own cookware. This is shared bathroom in the third floor but there’s a second half bathroom in the second floor. Neighborhood is very quiet and calm so no loud noise is welcome. Washer and dryer is included.

I live alone and very quiet, to myself. Looking for someone who is the same. I do have a Siberian husky.
