They are very respectful of each other’s personal spaces and they value keeping all shared spaces clean and tidy!
I am married and I don’t live in this home. I just manage renting this home for my son who is out of town right now however, I get along very well with all roommates and we always do our best to fix any problems as well as update home.
For Example: We just painted all the rooms and we put in hardwood flooring throughout this home and we put new tile in the bathrooms and we put in a keyless Entry Pad and ADT Fire Alarm Protection System And We Are currently working on the backyard.

I Never Once was Allowed to Receive One Message From a Prospective Tenant Nor was the Tenant and that Experience was Very Disappointing!!!
However, they just kept asking for more and more money to run my Ads for tenants!
I feel very sad for all those people who are trying to find a room to rent as well as all of us who are trying to find tenants!
This has been my personal experience with them!
