Hello, I am renting out either the very small (7’x11’) room for $1400 or the large room for $1800 in my Caroll Gardens apartment loft-like floor-through. Looking for someone who works during the day, and isn’t opposed to hearing me practice violin now and again. If you take the smaller room, you must walk down the hallway (but we have the floor to ourselves and no one lives below us, so it’s really not a big deal:) to get to the common space. But the common space is quite nice and big:), as is the kitchen. Due to the size of the room, it is furnished with a twin trundle bed, but you may need to buy yourself a tall bureau for storage (something that would use the height of the room). I am often out of town, so you may have the run of the place to yourself quite a bit, but when I am around, we will share the common space, bathroom, kitchen. This is a prime Caroll Gardens 3rd floor walk-up. The hallways are pretty shabby, but the apartment is nice and well-kept. Looking for someone with not too many belongings/and likes to keep their/our space tidy. I am a 30s F classical violinist. Sometimes I’m around, but often I am traveling too, so you will have the place to yourself once in a while. I like to chat now and again, as roommates do, but I also like my alone time. I like to keep things tidy- dishes washed, items put away- esp in the kitchen:)
