I’m relocating out of state for a new opportunity and looking for someone to take over my lease in a one-bedroom apartment shared with a roommate.

About the apartment: • Rent: $935 per month • Deposit: $900 • I’ll be leaving most of the furniture, so the space is ready for you to move in • The bedroom has a very spacious closet, perfect if you have a lot of clothes • Great location close to Little Italy, Seaport Village, Banker’s Hill, and just steps from the trolley

What we’re looking for: The ideal fit is someone who is kind, considerate, and easy to get along with. Being reasonably tidy and respectful of the shared space is important, but above all, we’re looking for someone who will be friendly and a good match for the household.
