One room available in a 4 bed 3 bath house the room is upstairs and the bathroom is shared. We share the common spaces and I have a 3 year old golden retriever. We have the gigabit internet so it’s great for gaming. Located on university less than 5 minutes from UCF and plenty of shopping and restaurants here.

We’re all around the same age and mostly keep to ourselves unless you want to talk in the common areas. We like to play games and go out on the weekends. But if you want your private time you can just close your door and nobody will bother you.
