In an industrial neighborhood next to a business. Does not have a washer/dryer, wi-fi or TV. Includes a small workshop for fixing bikes and skis, a simple home gym and access to home recording studio and sewing machine for the create types. I was advertising it as being walking distance to town, but my idea of walking distance is very different from other people’s.

I’m a longtime local who has lived car-free in Steamboat for 20+ years. Cyclist, backcountry skier, trail runner and multi-instrumental musician. Very laid back and accepting of various quirks that we all have. Athletic, intellectual, artistic and eccentric.
