6 month lease! 5 MINUTE WALK TO CAP HILL, CHEESMAN PARK, AND CHERRY CREEK

I’m looking for a replacement for my roommate that has decided to move. You would be moving into a 3 bedroom/2 bath duplex. The room for rent is a large finished basement. Newly renovated bathroom and a nice backyard.

The main level consists of 2 bedrooms, a shared living room area along with a shared bathroom. The downstairs area consists of your own bedroom (the biggest one in the house), your own living room area, and your own bathroom. - $825/mo

The washer and dryer are in the basement bathroom so the only time the another roommate will need to go down there is to do laundry so you will have plenty of privacy down there.

There’s a shared kitchen in between the basement area and upstairs, tons of storage (seriously, there is insane amounts of storage), and a fenced in yard. As much as I hate to say, I do request that there are no pets- not because I don’t love them, but because I have a dog (6-year-old, 85 lb. hound) who unfortunately doesn’t get along with other animals. He is very sweet and loves people a lot! The room is available on November 1st or after.

About me: 34M who works in insurance. I like to hike/backpack as well as go out on the town, go to shows, stay in and play board games with friends, or just hang at home and chill. I’m not a crazy partier or anything, but I do like to have fun. I’m originally from Florida but have been here a few years. I’m also a musician, but I’m not noisy. My current roommate and I have lived together for about two years.
