If this is still posted, it is still available!! I have a large (12’ x 11’), beautiful room with in-suite bathroom in newer home available for rent. Lots of nice, natural light and hardwood floors. Shared common areas including open concept, furnished living room and huge kitchen with tons of natural light and lots of storage. There is a giant pantry with plenty of space. Huge, nice refrigerator/freezer. Additional, separate freezer. Washer and dryer in house. Very small backyard with a nice covered deck out back. The house is located in East Nashville and you will be a $10 or less Lyft ride to almost anywhere, including downtown and Five Points! There are lots of nice restaurants and shops in the surrounding areas and new ones opening all the time! You will also be a 10-minute drive to Shelby Bottoms Park which has a really nice greenway, park, and pond for fishing. The application must be filled out completely, I will not even consider an application with blank sections. I will make decisions on a first come, first served basis. There is a non-refundable $35 application fee that will cover a background check, credit check, employment and resident history. I am looking for a 12-month lease but would be open to a 6-month for $1000 a month in rent. There is an $800 refundable deposit, along with the first month’s rent of $850, due up front. All utilities included.

I am a 37-year-old female pharmacist in town and a pretty chill person. I do have pets, so being at least tolerant and cognizant of animals is a must! Because I already have animals, I am not open to more in the house. This is a non-smoking house, so hopefully you also don’t smoke. I occasionally entertain guests for super chill gatherings but never have big, crazy parties. I enjoy going out for beers every now and then and would like to have a roomie relationship that would allow for us to do so together occasionally. There are two good breweries very close to the house! I am a fairly quiet, considerate, and clean person and hopefully you are, too!
