one room is currently listed and available. the other will be occupied by me Ethan Im 27 years old, a union electrician and mostly wake up early in the mornings. Im fairly outgoing, in a band that practices in the basement of the property. i also use the space. ~once a month to run small house shows where my or my friends bands preform.
