Palm Cove beautiful apartment! I’ve lived here for 7 years and I’ve always felt very safe here. Publix, Aldi and more within walking distance.

Looking for a non-tobacco smoking roommate. You will have your own bedroom and your own bathroom. The bedroom doesn’t have all the furniture in the photos but it does have the dresser and mirror. Bring your own bed.

Full size washer/dryer in unit!

Property allows 1-2 pets if you have them. Cats preferred. My 2 previous roommates had cats and we have carpeting, so if you have a cat allergy, this apartment is probably a dealbreaker for you.

Your half of the rent will be $850 plus half the utilities.
