We have one large bedroom for rent. Will share a bathroom with the other renter. Laundry is in the house. Utilities included (water, gas, electric, WiFi). We have 4 dogs, so you must like dogs but please no more pets. Awesome backyard with a pool and jacuzzi! Plenty of street parking. Decent neighbors, quiet neighborhood, near Panorama Park in Cat City.

My boyfriend and I work. Our 4 dogs are friendly; Lola is 13/14 years old chihuahua mix. She yodel barks when she’s excited or meeting new people. Heinz is 7 years and 70 lbs. a gentle giant and total mommas boy. Millie and Shady are small/medium dogs. We work, hang out in the backyard, listen to music, pretty chill.
