We are looking for females only. We are right in the middle of the 57 and 91 in a quiet neighborhood and only 8 to 10 min from Disneyland.The room has a tv on the wall. WiFi, laundry on site and kitchen use is available. Bathroom is shared and has a standing shower only. Bills are included and parking is on the street. all we ask is no drinking, drugs and smoking on the property. No overnight guests and no candles and to just clean up after yourself. Room will be ready for move in July 1st $1000 for rent with a $400 deposit

It’s myself and my mom.. she’s retired and I’m a treat maker. We also have another roommate she’s really nice.
