The house is a sweet little slice of the country in Summit Point, WV– right on the border of WV and VA, equidistant from Charles Town and Berryville, with less than an hour to drive to the closest cities of Winchester, Martinsburg, and Hagerstown. 2 bedrooms plus another room converted into a bedroom (the one currently available for rent), and 1.5 bathrooms. Pet-friendly on a case-by-case basis as we have our own animals and wouldn’t want to stress ours or yours out. All utilities are included in the rent, plus $30 for internet monthly and $30 for trash quarterly.
