About the room
Beautiful home in Point Loma with a single occupant has two extra bedrooms and currently seeking a single roommate. MUST BE FEMALE, no children or pets.
Private room with private bath (could have second room rented within a year). The home consists of 2,500 square feet, ranch style. There is a living-room, galley kitchen, dining room, family room, 3 bedrooms and an office. The outside patio is screened in and has a hard roof, expanding the living space and fresh air.
Laundry on site inside the home. Your bedroom is private. The shared space includes the kitchen, dining room, family room, living-room and patio.
About the roomies
The owner of the home is retired and home most all of the time. She has helpers come daily from ~9am-5pm, 7-days a week.
Must be comfortable residing in a home with a cat. Gabby is shy, but hangs out with her people! No additional pets are permitted.
