I was an art major in undergrad. I studied dance, specifically flamenco, play guitar and afro cuban drums. I ran a business for 35 years called Zoe’s cookies and delights. My typical day involves waking between 7 and 8, although I am trying to get up at 6, I workout, cook 3 meals a day in the kitchen, take walks, and do A LOT of work in the garden, which is where I spend a good amount of my time. I have 3 grandchildren i spend time with, however, they are all teens now so I see them less. Have shared home for a long time, typically short term rentals with traveling nurses and teachers and airbnb rentals. I am used to sharing my home and renting the cottage but would now like someone more long term.
The neighborhood has changed a lot, with many young couples with kids. People go out of their way here to get acquainted. very friendly and lovely neighborhood. extremely walkable. about 5-minute walk to BART.
