Roommate wanted for Lease Takeover

Hello everyone! My roommate is moving to her own place and now I’m looking for someone to take over her part of the lease at Valleybrook Crossing Apartments in Decatur. Currently on a 6 month lease. Lease is up in August with the option to renew for 6 or 12 month.

Looking for a clean, respectful, friendly female roommate in her 30s or 40s preferred. Cats okay but no dogs please. You will need to provide proof of income and a $50 application fee to the apartment complex.

You will have a private bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen, living room, and screened in porch are shared spaces. The living room is partially furnished with a pull out couch, coffee table, and TV stand/entry table. The apartment is on the second floor, accessible only by stairs. The apartment is pet friendly with a limit of 2 pets per apartment. If you are moving in with a pet, you would be responsible for paying a non refundable one time pet deposit of $400

Your portion of bills each month would be: Rent - $875 Wifi - $26 Gas - $31 Power- Varies but not more than $100 a month total Water- $50 Included in rent There is no in unit washer/dryer but there is one in the complex and one down the street

About the roomies

I will be your only roomie! I am quiet, fairly clean, and friendly. I have no pets and keep to myself most of the time. I work 8-5pm so I prefer a roommate who respects quiet hours. I’m down to hang if we get along well but I’m perfectly okay with keeping things strictly cohabitation. Looking forward to finding my next roomie!
