This is a Duplex Property and Home with the Front House fully renovated that offers a ‘Fully Furnished’ 4 Bedrooms and 4 En-Suite Bathrooms. $1,500 per month for one individual.
Front Yard - Description: The entire front yard has added privacy with a white picket fence, along with a billiards table, 2 seater wicker furniture set, fire table, and heat lamp. This front yard has all artificial grass and accessible via a key front gate or through the patio to allow for some outdoor personal time or also for hosting a small group.
Living Room & Kitchen - Description: Brand new furnishings, i.e., a 4 seater couch. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and cutlery for each tenant. The dining table seats 8 people very comfortably.
Patio - Description: There is a step-down patio, which is accessible through the Living Room door & offers 2 lounge wicker furniture sets. This is a covered area where one can enjoy their coffee while reading a book or simply relaxing. The patio also joins with the wrap around white picket fenced front yard.

Clean up of the common areas of both interior and exterior areas will take place once monthly or bi-weekly.
A lot of consideration was taken into customizing thess units & en-suite bedrooms so that it has all that is necessary for a new deserving tenant, and I hope it feels like home away from home.
The current tenants are respectful, friendly, clean & quiet. I was once a traveling International student so I understand the important of a fully furnished home-away-from-home that feels safe & clean. I’m a clean landlady so you may expect to have the common interior & exterior areas cleaned bi-weekly or monthly. I only ask that we each do our part in keeping individual & common areas clean as well. I enjoy traveling and keep quite busy daily with several projects. I’m always on the move!!
