I currently have a spacious bedroom with a full private bathroom available for rent. Also includes a shared kitchen, dining room, living room and balcony. My well-maintained 2nd floor/end unit condo is in an ideal location, just minutes from Rt 38 and 295 in Mt Laurel. I live in a quiet and safe community, in a drama free/clean professional household. I am looking for the same out of a trustworthy person who is mild mannered, financially stable, and dog friendly. I like to enjoy life too; however, this is not a hangout for parties, sleepovers, unannounced/frequent guests, bar traffic etc…

Rent - $850 Bedroom 12x12 with closet Full Private Bathroom Internet Included Washer/Dryer Central Air Hardwood Floors Deck 1 Guest Parking Spot (plenty of close guest parking)

Also, we would split the monthly utilities (PSEG and Water/Sewer)

Security Deposit $850 6- or 12-Month Lease Agreement. Smoking is Ok outside Animals- Up for discussion
