Location: We are on the east side of Lake Merritt, 20 minute walk to Lake Merritt BART. Close to bus lines 62,14,33. We are situated between 580 and 880. About 20 minutes to SF without traffic.
Parking: Usually plenty of street parking in the area, no sticker needed. We have one dedicated spot we switch out when needed. Basically whoever gets home latest gets the parking spot.
Per the landlord: $30 application fee/recent pay stubs/credit report/no previous evictions or criminal record
About the roomies
Two women in their mid 20s in school and working in the service industry. Our schedules keep us pretty busy. We are easy going and open minded. The apartment will always be taken care of and clean. Feel free to ask any questions you have.
