Its a duplex with 3 bedrooms. The room for rent has a king size bed. It is central located. Close to everything,highway,shopping center and plenty of restaurants around the area . There is a washer and drier in the basement.

I am 55 and have 1 other roommate who is in his 60s. We are very clean and respectfully quite to others and neighbors. No party’s and a none drinker is preferred. There is a smal yrd w picnic table and grill out there. No drama what so ever tolerated. Do not mind if you have guests but no overnights. Like I said this is a very quite and clean place. . I’m to old and easy going to tolerate any stress or dirtyness. I cook often and we have no problems sharing a meal or 2 with the rite roommate.
