This Mansion on a large Historic Compound was built originally as a huge 1917 Historic Spanish Revival Architecture Mansion, which the owner/builder and his family resided there until he converted it into a 4-unit Apartment House, completed around the vintage era of 1950’s.
The 4 vintage apartments still remain with the same floor plans. Two apts are upstairs, and two apts are downstairs.
The mansion is 2 stories.
Within the back half is the downstairs Apt B, in the rear, with 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom.

The Bedroom #1 - has a queen size bed, night stand w/ lamp, bedside floor matt, very long dresser with 6 drawers, a large mural of the Grand Canyon hanging on the wall above the dresser, a closet, a window air conditioner for hotter summer days…,
and, a ceiling fan for mild warmer summer weather, sometimes used for when the nights are cool enough to just let in cooler breezes thru the opened bedroom screened window.
Utilities: The electric bills for Apt B, are split evenly by both Roomies, and are paid directly to the Landlord upon presenting the elect bill to the Roomies showing them the APS electric bill, each month.
The Landlord provides Free Gas Heated hot water for all tenants.
Note: Landlord does include in your rent, for Free Gas, the gas heating of your central air-forced heating system in the winter.
Landlord pays for the Water, Sewer, and Trash Pickup.
*Landlord does not provide Wifi, nor TV services, nor any other entertainment services. Tenants need to get their own entertainment services.

NO ALCOHOL ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR which is resulting in abuse towards other tenants, or towards the Landlords, or towards other nearby neighbors. Same for drug abusers.

About the roomies
The present Roomer is a longtime tenant who is a responsible and congenial and very active agile Senior male. He works online from his private office in his Bedroom #2, in his Apartment B. Therefor, he needs a quiet living respectful person who will not disturb him during his working hours in the mornings thru afternoons. He is very tidy and clean living, and expects the same from another sharing Roomer. He has his own set of reasonable acceptable House Rules, as well as the Landlords Rules and Regulations, which affects his lifestyle being in a home sharing situation. He has no gender preferences. ————————- Landlords have been married 51 golden years, they are decent elder Senior citizens who are not retired yet, and have been Apt managing for 15 years now, at their Historic Apartments House, perched high up on top of Hill Ave, located in Prescott’s beautiful neighborhood of The Historical District of Park Ave.
There are 9 other singles, male and female, early 30’s - middle aged - Seniors…good congenial tenants, who have been living there contently, on month to month rental agreements, which some have been there a long time and don’t want to move. They say that they Love living there in that lovely Historic Neighborhood.
