Located just off Battlefield, close to Greenbrier Mall and other shopping options. Situated just between 64 and 464 for convenient access to downtown Norfolk and Virginia Beach/Norfolk. My house was built brand new just over a year ago, looking to open a room up to someone. The room includes a walk-in closet, and currently has a queen bed and TV with AppleTV included but can be moved if not needed. The renter would also have their own personal bathroom, as well as the use of the entire house. Rent would include internet, Nest home security, water/sewage/trash, and electric. Internet/Cable includes the use of HBO, Starz, basic channels, Amazon Prime and Netflix. No preference Male or Female. Half month rent would be due as a deposit before moving in. Available after December 1st.

Note: I do have two dogs (Great Dane and Belgian Malinois), so please take this into consideration. The three of us are a relaxed household that enjoys being our backyard or lounging on the couch.

I currently live by myself with my two (large) dogs as mention above. I am in the Navy, so I am often at work. I enjoy hanging out with my pups, watching tv and going to the gym. I am a clean and organized person but extremely easy going and relaxed.
