Looking for a Fourth Housemate – Move in Wednesday 24th June, 2026 ($2,000 pm)

We’re looking for a fourth housemate to join us in June with plans to renew the lease September 1st.

The Apartment

Located in Williamsburg, just a 2-minute walk to McCarren Park and close to the G and L lines Spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex, with two bedrooms per floor (you’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate on the second floor)
Your bedroom has great natural light and Manhattan skyline views
Kitchen and living room on separate floors, shared rooftop with panoramic views
Laundry in building, mailroom and access to a small gym
Each room has heating/cooling A/C units
$2,000 pm excluding bills

The Neighborhood Williamsburg has a mix of energy and character, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and music venues. McCarren Park is right at our doorstep, making it easy to get outdoors but still convenient to access Manhattan (15min trip to East Village)

You We’re looking for someone friendly and relaxed, who respects keeping spaces neat, to join our relaxed and social but respectful home.

About the roomies

Declan: I’m moving back to Australia, so you’ll be replacing me on the lease.
Adam: Keen salsa dancer who is always up for a beer and a chat
Jeremy: Works in marketing, trivia buff, F1 Fan and easy going. We’re all in our late 20s to early 30s. The housemates are all working professionals who keep the space clean. Easily the best share house experience i’ve had.
