Roomie in an apartment, utilities included, must supply own food or pay extra for food. Shared bathroom (walk-in shower). Room (private/secure) has a twin size bed, dresser ,end stand and can be utilized weekly (ask for photos).

Hi! I’m Dave. I normally work construction by day, up around 5 am. By night I’m winding down and done with the day by 6 pm. I’m currently making deliveries and can use some extra “income.” The neighborhood is on the west side of Syracuse and is quiet; I’m quiet, and I don’t have company.
