Room: Large with plenty of natural light Rent: $850/month Application fee: Waived Duration: 12 month lease Utilities + Internet: Around $120/month (slightly higher in wintertime) Bathroom: Shared Kitchen: Shared, fully equipped
Property Manager: Very responsive, quick to fix problems, and moves trash to curb twice a week.
Neighborhood: Primarily families, grad students, and young professionals. Little environmental noise and safe.
Our Ideal Applicant: Quiet, courteous, respectful of space.
Additional Information: 10 minute walk from shopping at Nubian Square, buses at Nubian/Dudley Station, and the Roxbury branch of the Boston Library. Located right off of Washington St. First month and last month/security deposit required upfront.
