Six bedroom home with street parking. Two rooms are available for short/long term lease. Rooms are unfurnished but I have 2 queen beds to choose from if desired. Shared full bathroom and common areas. A deposit is required upon signing a lease. All rooms available are upstairs. No carpet, all hardwood and tile.
Currently 4 mature, all working adults age 35+ I have 1 teen and 2 adult children that visit at times. We promote a safe, peaceful environment, very clean and family oriented. All we ask is that you pay your part on time, be clean, respectful of others, the home, and not have any over night guests. However, you are welcome to invite a few friends/family if we have an event such as, a BBQ, celebrating birthdays, holidays etc. We also have a pitbull and a pomeranian that mostly stay downstairs.
