We have two private rooms available in a beautiful, quiet shared house located in the heart of Ellis Town, Tracy. Both rooms are Upstairs. Single occupancy for each room.

Room 1: $900/month – front-facing room with a view of the quiet residential street. First month rent is only $700! Room 2: $800/month – side-facing room with a view of the neighboring home. First month rent is only $600! ➡️ Both include private bathrooms + walk-in closets

Minimum stay: 6 months
Maximum stay: 1 year (Renewal possible: If everything works out well, the lease can be extended for another year)

All applicants must comply with legal rental requirements. A lease with details on terms will be provided once you are interested in moving in.
