This is a large beautiful five bedroom house inside the Victoria Estates on the golf course. Amenities also include use of: laundry room, kitchen and community areas including: the spacious community pool, barbecue area and Fitness center. No smoking. No couples. No.pets. The room is a private room with an attached private living room area and private bath. The area is partitioned and functions like a private suite/studio. The bedroom and living area are beautifully furnished. The neighborhood is secured with 24/7 security.
