I am currently military and live in an townhome in Hampton area. I am divorced. I’m looking to save money by renting out a room. I have two boys who will be there every other weekend so as you can imagine I need a safe and kid friendly environment so it makes me picky when looking for roommates. We will be on the third floor. Washer and dryer is there. Middle floor is common areas. Bottom floor room and bathroom would be yours. Entryway and garage are on bottom floor. I am allergic to animals. Can possibly have hypoallergenic, but they need to be trained (not interested in cleaning up after them). I prefer non smoking. I’m clean and am looking for a roommate who is as well. I work a lot when I don’t have the kids. If interested let me know. I require background and credit report.
