I’m staying in a spot in Riverside (woodcrest area) looking for 4 roommates, i would be the 5th 15 minutes away from campus in a gated community, if you dont have a ride i’ll be offering rides at a very decent price. house owner has 4 rooms available, no furniture needed, all rooms are furnished. the rest of the house as well, it has a pool, jacuzzi, 3 huge backyard for chill relaxing time.

house has a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms wifi and some utilities included. if i could find 4 clean good roommates that would be great. price is negotiable
