The complex only has 15 units. Great location right behind the Capitol. I included everything in the price, high-speed Internet, electricity unlimited laundry (there are 2 washers and dryers and the laundry room is right next to our unit), there’s a bed and dresser and desk already in the room or I could get rid of them if you have your own, the shower has the most water pressure I’ve experienced in any bathroom in my entire life, there’s a back balcony that looks out to like a mini forest, you get one parking spot, the room is 10’ x 12’, and
I’m a fun, middle aged white guy and I get along with pretty much everyone. I have a medium size dog (miniature lab) that loves people and other animals, and he likes to lick… a lot. Ha. I’m a super chill person to live with, and I’m hoping that we can be friends too and do stuff together sometimes. My last roommate (20y/o) just locked himself in his room and barely came out, and it was annoying.
