I’ve got the biggest apartment in the whole complex with the most daylight and largest balcony. It used to be a condo, then converted to apartments. So they are large! The room I’m renting has its own bathroom and shower as well. The apartment complex has a pool, gym, and sauna. Very close to Ralph’s and Trader Joe’s stores and Planet Fitness and much more. Very convenient location and easy to get onto freeway. Peaceful street. My roommate moved back to Florida, so now I have a spare room.

I am 29 years old. I am a film Director, Writer, Editor and Producer as well as a TechnoCrane Operator. I am very fun, outgoing, hardworking and helpful. I moved here from Indiana and have been in LA for 7 years. I am currently in Pre-Production for my first movie. I work a lot, but really looking forward to having a bro around the house to kick it with, go out and make friends, workout with and grab a beer to let the steam off from work from time to time!
