The bedroom is currently unfurnished, has a large closet, and also has a ceiling fan. Looking for a single, financially secure (working or other regular income), open minded/nonjudgemental, laid back male to share the home with 2 other males. Shared spaces include the one bathroom inside the home, kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and off-street parking. No couples, groups, or families - the 3 of us that would live here is perfect for this space, more is crowded. No drugs, drama, or people who can’t be trusted. Utilities and high speed internet access included in the rent. There is off-street parking, but we’re also right on the #7 Bus line. Much prefer someone long-term, at least 6 months lease to start.
