VOC House built in 2022. Modern and spacious look. All furnished. You have your bedroom and own bathroom, accessible from a little nook off the common living room. We will be sharing the kitchen, living, and the garage. I would prefer somebody who does not stay up late in the common areas, as I can hear that from my bedroom area. Garage is a two-car, but not big, and there is no space to park much off the street. My car is a small Ford. Because of the POA, we will have to aim at parking both in the garage.

I am a very quiet professional gal, and I mainly work my jobs from home (laptop), and I am out a lot hiking and working out. I would prefer somebody who is not 24/24 around, as well. I go to sleep early. I do not have TV. I like it quiet and I, mostly, keep to myself. No parties, no guests, no pets (allergies), no vape, smoke, drugs, drama etc. I am marking the max stay as two months, but if all works well, I am open to discussing this aspect further. :-)
