Spacious 205 sq ft furnished bedroom in an Alta Loma home near Chaffey College. The room includes a large closet, queen bed, nightstands, dresser, and a personal fridge. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included, and tenants have access to laundry on a set schedule as well as the pool and spa. Shared bathroom is kept on a cleaning rotation. Kitchen use allowed with your own cookware and dishes. Street parking only. House rules include no pets, smoking, drugs, parties, or overnight guests. Rent is $1000/month with $1000 deposit, month-to-month lease.
About the roomies
We are a respectful, family-oriented household. Everyone has their own schedule, and we value privacy, communication, and cleanliness. Please note: there are children in the home, and they can be loud at times, so we are best suited for someone who is comfortable with family life. We already have household pets, so no additional pets are allowed. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM, and we’re looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful, drama-free home.
