Suitable for 55+ or a retired individual.
The room connects to a second semi-furnished bedroom which I may establish as a personal office. However, I will include the second room at an adjusted rate if requested. Essentially if rented this provides one third of the home as the tenantβs pace.
The bathroom will not be shared. It is private to the tenant.
Itβs a great location. Only 3 miles to I-40 entrance for convenient travel. Close to stores, gym, banks and restaurants. Safe and quiet neighborhood.
The home has new paint, new flooring, and new cellular blinds throughout.
New vanity lighting in all bathrooms.
Itβs a comfortable and peaceful home to relax and enjoy life after a busy day.
Room is approximately 12β2β x 12β5β in a quiet and attractive neighborhood. Itβs a safe area for walking and biking.
Amenities include high speed internet access, off street parking, actively monitored security system, digital locks, and of course the laundry, kitchen and common areas.
One set of bed linen and towels are provided. Tenant is responsible for all additional items.
It is a smoke/vape free home.
Proof of income is required.
Renterβs insurance to protect your valuables in case of damage from fire, water, or theft is encouraged. If you prefer not to have insurance the monthly rental rate will be an additional $25. Proof of insurance is required for the discounted rental rate.
