Spacious room available for rent in a calm, family-oriented environment. The room is approximately 12 feet by 12 feet and includes a walk-in closet measuring 4 feet by 4 feet for added storage.

The bathroom is located just across the hall and is mostly private. You will have exclusive use of the toilet, sink, and vanity. The bathtub is occasionally used by my toddler a few nights a week.

I work from home in IT and have a dedicated office space downstairs. If you need a workspace outside of your room, I am happy to set one up for you.

Garage access is available for a small car. It is secure and convenient.
