The shared spaces include Kitchen and Living Room on the main floor. Washer and Dryer are downstairs. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishware, and cookware and all the essentials (stove, dishwasher, microwave, pantry space, etc.)
Home is near Meadowdale Beach and Picnic Point Parks, near LA Fitness and Vertical World North for gyms and fitness.
Parking is available in a gravel side lot next to the house. We can also discuss parking/use of the garage and come to an arrangement for an additional ~$200/month.
I am a male in my mid 30s, I work as a civil engineer in Lynnwood. I am into fitness, running, gym workouts, climbing, skiing, and biking. My room and bathroom is on the main level, the same as the master suite.
The two roommates upstairs are 1) female in her late 20s she works at REI in Lynnwood and 2) male in his early 30s - working in the healthcare/mental health industry.
It’s a quiet, chill atmosphere around the house.
