A small cottage house on a quiet rural road in Germantown. The house is within walking distance of town, including the library, post office, and Otto’s Market. , conveniently located near Rhinebeck, Red Hook, and Hudson. The room available has a tranquil feel, and gets beautiful light for most of the day, and is really quite lovely. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. I’m looking for someone who isn’t loud and is pretty chill. I like flexibility in the kitchen and occasionally enjoy sharing meals, but that isn’t a must. Someone who tends to have early hours and a quiet lifestyle would be great.

I am an introverted extrovert who loves good conversation. I do prefer my own space and will respect yours as well. I’m a graduate of Bard College with a degree in Human Rights. I’m currently applying to graduate school for my MSW. I’m vegan, but you don’t have to be. I like things neat, tidy, and beautiful. I think homes are really important for people, a safe space, so energy is important. I have a beautiful cat named Vivian. What I’m hoping for is someone to share costs through the winter at least through April but I’m also open to a short term arrangement.
