About the room
I have 2 rooms available in my 4 bedroom home in Jarrell, Tx. It is a 2 story with all bedrooms upstairs. 2 car garage with extra freezer and fridge. I have fiber optic internet, a security system, hulu with live tv, hbo max, amazon video and crunchyroll.
About the roomies
I am recently divorced. I have 2 sons. 3 and 4 years old. It is critical that you do not have a problem with children. We do not drink or use drugs and I am fine with you drinking. I have them about 45% of the time. My preference would be someone who is a Christian or someone on a good path in life. We can be as close as you want. I am ok with us crossing paths only occasionally or us becoming great friends. I do not have pets and prefer not having one but I am open to small or medium sized dogs if you have one. You will be given access to the community private pool which was just completed a few months ago. I am seeking to fill 2 rooms and you will share a bathroom with the other roomie and My sons and I will use the others. The washer and dryer are upstairs. There is a loft upstairs with a bigscreen TV. I hope to hear from you soon.
