Hello! I’m looking for someone to rent a room in the farmhouse I live in. The space includes a furnished private bedroom with its own bathroom, plus access to the shared living room, dining room, and kitchen downstairs. There’s also plenty of yard space for shared use, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Utilities (including high-speed internet) are included, and laundry machines are available on-site. No pets allowed, but please be comfortable with my cat, Cricket, who also lives in the house.

Room will be available early July, possibly sooner.

I’m a 37-year-old male who works from home full time. I tend to keep to myself, but I’m friendly and open to hanging out in the common areas. I like a quiet, respectful, and clean household and appreciate a balance of privacy and occasional socializing.
