About the room
The residence is situated in a pleasant and tranquil neighborhood, located between Paseo and Troost Avenue. The neighbors are wonderful and trustworthy individuals. Although the room is somewhat compact, it has comfortably accommodated a family of three. There are ongoing improvements being made. Everyone in the household is exceedingly kind and respectful. The property features a fenced backyard, a washer and dryer, a basement, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, two bathrooms, and four bedrooms.
About the roomies
I have the famliy of three moving out in a couple of weeks. 🗓️ Which leaves me with the two roommates i have left and my rent is 1550 broken down depending who all in the house i do the same with bills. 💸 I had currently two roommates cannabis friendly they both work more the night shift and morning shift.to me i also work nights shift 🌃 we currently have three dogs in the house bear, bean, simba all dogs are updated with shots 🐶 and are fixed i am a open book
