Seeking a female roommate to share an apartment in Watertown beginning November 1. This is a really nice place, located on a quiet, tree-lined street. The bedroom is medium-sized with a large walk-in closet and semi-private bathroom. The common areas are fully furnished and the room is available furnished or unfurnished, whichever you prefer.
The overall layout of the place is spacious with a large living room, dining room, kitchen, front and back porch and yard. Attached are some photos. I can provide additional ones upon request. There is also basement storage with laundry. The landlord takes great care of the property including snow-plowing in winter and landscaping in the summer as well as timely repairs.
The neighborhood is really nice, close to stores, cafes, restaurants, running track and the Charles river. It’s a 5 minute drive to the pike and a short walk to the Harvard Square bus and express buses to downtown Boston.
The available move-in date is November 1 however there may be some flexibility with this with an earlier or later move-in possible.
Seeking a female roommate only, who is a non-smoker and drug-free. Looking for someone who is respectful and considerate. Although it’s an independent living situation, someone who is friendly and enjoys a fun and interesting conversation every now and again would be great.
