Are you relocating from the Bay area, DC or an apartment and ready to live in a house with a large yard? My single family home is located in Belcaro, which is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Denver, just east of Washington Park. This fully furnished bungalow, built in 1943, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, original wood floors, with a large backyard & 1 car garage. There is an unfinished basement with washer/dryer with some room for storage. This lovely home has a back patio, front porch, central air, dishwasher, lawn service and all utilities included. The kitchen has all that you will need to cook and serve meals. Internet cable is available. On bus route. No pets. I am open to renting the furnished bedroom for $800 or subletting the entire house to someone who will tend well to my home. If subleasing the house interests you, let me know and we can discuss costs.
