The house is 4 bedroom located in suburbs located in Suburbia Scappoose/St.Helens area. There’s a big covered concrete patio with BBQ outdoor fireplace seating etc. Back yard is fully fenced and mostly private. There’s a three car garage converted into a hang out spot/art DIY den. Two story home with plenty of parking.

It’s myself 45y old and my son who 16…He’s a good boy and we’re both laid back. I work in Portland every day and the commute isn’t bad. I spend more time sitting in traffic in Portland then I do driving home. We’re always cooking or doing our art thing.
