About the room
The house has a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. It also has a nice fenced in backyard where we have enjoyed the firepit and our new grill. We are in the process of finishing the basement and there will be another bathroom with shower added in the basement.
The room that is available is the biggest room with the biggest closet in the house. Very close to downtown Somerville and the hospital. First month’s rent is due upfront as well as the security deposit. Six month lease is the minimum and employment verification is required.
The pictures are from the previous owner. There is no furniture in the room currently. Please contact me if you would like to come see it!
About the roomies
There are two people including myself currently living here. I am a 26 year old real estate agent and the other roommate is a 29 year old gym owner. We have different schedules but are both very busy at work 7 days a week. We are looking for someone who is clean and easy going.
